Here are some tips to get you started.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;h2&gt;Suggest activities you can do together.&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Start small. Try taking a walk after dinner twice a week, or do sit-ups while you watch TV.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mix it up.
