Description

Hospice Foundation of America (HFA) is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide leadership in the development and application of hospice and its philosophy of care for terminally ill people, with the goal of enhancing the American health care system and the role of hospice within it. HFA meets it's mission by conducting programs fo professional development, public education and information, participating in policy initiatives and fostering communication among those interested in end-of-life issues.
